Listings in the lithuanian.lt Interactive Lithuanian directory are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Mindaugas Junka and/or lithuanian.lt be liable to you or any other person for closure of the site or damage to our database that results in loss of links. In no event shall the liability of Mindaugas Junka and/or lithuanian.lt for any damages, losses and/or causes of action exceed the total amount paid (if any) for these listings.

Web sites and pages which do not meet the following guidelines will not be included in the directory. A site which, in our sole discretion, does not meet these guidelines will be removed from the directory without notice or refund, if paid for the inclusion.

The web sites and pages must have original content that we deem valuable to human visitors.

The web sites must have a clear association with the Republic of Lithuania.
The web sites and pages must consist of more than affiliate links.
Affiliate sites must have an added value.
The web sites and pages must not redirect the user to other pages.
The web sites and pages must not be under construction.

The web sites or pages must not, in our sole discretion, be offensive or illegal.

The web sites and pages must not contain images of underage or possibly underage persons (child pornography).
The web sites and pages must not promote hate.
The web sites and pages must not promote illegal activity.

The web sites or pages must not, in our sole discretion, contain too much advertising.

The web sites and pages must contain significantly more content than ads.
The web sites and pages must not contain excessive pop-ups or pop-unders.
